After a long day in D.C. we were looking forward to some downtime on Sunday. We took Joel to the airport bright and early - and were sad to realize the reunion was starting to wind down. We went to church then came home and had some "Fantastically Fun Family Time." Mom brought a DVD with videos of the family in the 1960's. Dad shared some poems with us that he had written. I showed the family how to use the blog. Laurelle shared an excerpt from the book she is in the process of writing. Tom showed us his "Amazing Spoon Trick." And Jeff showed us his impressive lassoing skills by lassoing Grandpa's head with a tie from across the room.
After "Fantastically Fun Family Time" we sent Matt and Cassandra off to Hershey, PA to visit with Cassandra's family. Tanner got a hold of the camera while at Great Grandma B's and took these pictures. (I thought they were hilarious so I couldn't leave them out of the blog.)
Grammy, Grandpa, Shawnie, Laurelle, Brandon, Heather, Jeff, Tom and I went to the Washington DC Temple Visitor's Center to watch the new Joseph Smith Movie.

After the movie we went home and met up with Matt and Cassandra again. We had cake and ice cream and then had to say more goodbyes as Matt, Cassandra, Tanner and Leif left early Monday morning. The reunion was a lot of fun so it was hard to see everyone start to leave one by one.
One more post of Family Reunion Fun still to come!
